Consultations
Chat, call and video consultations are delivered online. An instant consultation starts as soon as the advocate accepts your request. A booked consultation takes place at the confirmed time slot. Confirmation is sent by email or SMS.
Documents and drafting
Where an advocate agrees to draft a document or notice, it is delivered by email and in your account within the timeline agreed before payment, usually [2–5] working days.
Invoices
A GST invoice for every payment is sent to your registered email.
